Anatomy of a pastry mash-up.
Getting creative and trying new stuff is what we live for. Mashing-up a brownie and a cookie was inevitable. After dozens of iterations, we finally nailed it. Our Brookie merges a dark chocolate Nutella brownie with a gianduja sugar cookie, topped with rivers of more Nutella and candied hazelnuts. This is happening.
